A qualified submission process for founders, business owners and management teams.

This form takes approximately eight to ten minutes to complete. Every submission is reviewed confidentially by Nexus Capital. Submission does not constitute an offer of funding or oblige Nexus Capital to respond, conduct due diligence or provide capital.

Before you start

Please have the following available:

Basic information about your business, ownership and management.
A clear description of the opportunity and the capital requirement.
An understanding of the market, customers and commercial position.
Realistic financial and commercial expectations.
Willingness to work with an active investment partner.

Please do not include highly sensitive intellectual property in this initial submission. Confidentiality arrangements are considered at a later stage where an opportunity has progressed sufficiently.
